Rule 1: No Multiple Accounts
Do not create extra accounts to bypass limits, bans, cooldowns, restrictions, or other account controls. Punishment can include warnings, termination, and a device ban for repeated abuse.
Zorqelia account rules
Rules
These rules apply to Zorqelia and the Zordex coding workspace. Material rule changes create a new rules version that existing users must review and accept before continuing.
Zorqelia uses server-side validation and abuse detection for request tampering, abusive request rates, account farming, malicious files, suspicious session reuse, scraping patterns, unauthorized Admin access, and other high-confidence abuse. Detection signals are evidence for enforcement; ambiguous signals may be logged for review instead of automatically banning an account.
Rule 2: No Ban Evasion
If an account is banned, do not create or use another account to bypass that ban. New evasion accounts may be terminated immediately; repeated attempts can result in a device ban.
Rule 3: No Malware
Do not create, distribute, upload, or use viruses, ransomware, stealers, token grabbers, or other malicious software through Zorqelia or Zordex.
Rule 4: No Scams
No phishing, fake login pages, fake giveaways, impersonation scams, or attempts to steal money, credentials, accounts, or data.
Rule 5: No Exploiting Security Vulnerabilities
Do not intentionally attack Zorqelia, Zordex, connected services, or other users. Report security problems instead of exploiting them.
Rule 6: No Fake Reports
Do not spam reports or knowingly report innocent users. Repeated abuse can result in restrictions or a ban.
Rule 7: No Illegal Activities
Do not use Zorqelia or Zordex to assist illegal activity. Enforcement depends on severity.
Rule 8: Respect Others
Do not use the service for targeted harassment, serious threats, or bullying. Severe or repeated abuse can result in restrictions or a ban.
Rule 9: No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, company, Deepwell staff member, or another user in order to deceive people.
Rule 10: Zorqelia Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zorqelia.
Rule 11: Zordex Age Requirement
You must be at least 15 years old to use Zordex.
Rule 12: No Unauthorized Access
Do not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, Admin features, or other resources you are not authorized to use.
Rule 13: No Selling or Sharing Accounts
Do not sell, buy, transfer, or share control of accounts.
Rule 14: No Automated Abuse
Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the platform, create unfair load, or bypass normal controls.
Rule 15: No False Identity Verification
Do not submit fake identity or verification information when verification is required.
Rule 16: No Abuse of AI Features
Do not intentionally use AI features to spam, disrupt the service, or run harmful activity at scale.
Rule 17: Use Common Sense
If an action is obviously harmful, abusive, deceptive, or designed to break the platform or harm somebody, do not do it.
Rule 18: No Rate-Limit or Request Tampering
Do not edit, forge, or replay requests in order to bypass cooldowns, usage limits, permissions, or server-controlled account fields.
Rule 19: No Payment Fraud
Do not fake payment status, transaction ownership, receipts, or paid-plan activation, and do not use stolen payment information. Confirmed payment fraud can result in a ban.
Rule 20: No Chargeback Abuse
Do not intentionally obtain paid benefits and then abuse refunds or chargebacks as a way to keep access without paying. Paid access can be removed and the account can be banned.
Rule 21: No Data Scraping
Do not automatically harvest or enumerate large amounts of platform or user data. Confirmed large-scale scraping can result in a device ban.
Rule 22: No Credential Sharing
Do not knowingly share passwords, active sessions, recovery codes, or other login credentials so another person can control your account.
Rule 23: No Session or Token Theft
Do not steal, request, trade, or use another person’s session token, cookie, recovery code, or authentication secret. Confirmed account hijacking can result in a ban.
Rule 24: No API Abuse
Do not hammer private or public API endpoints, probe the API at abusive scale, or intentionally send malformed traffic to disrupt the service.
Rule 25: No Intentional Server Overloading
Normal heavy use is allowed. Do not deliberately flood requests, files, jobs, or other resources for the purpose of slowing down or crashing the service.
Rule 26: No Account Farming
Do not mass-create accounts for resale, limit abuse, artificial activity, or other coordinated abuse. Linked farming accounts can be banned.
Rule 27: No Malicious File Uploads
Do not upload or generate dangerous executables, malware, disguised malicious files, or files intended to compromise another system.
Rule 28: No Destructive Project Traps
Do not create projects or scripts deliberately designed to damage another person’s machine or environment when opened or executed. Confirmed destructive traps can result in a device ban.
Rule 29: No Security-Report Extortion
Security reports are welcome. Do not demand payment or rewards while threatening to exploit, leak, or publish a vulnerability. Confirmed extortion can result in an immediate device ban.
Rule 30: No Doxxing or Privacy Abuse
Do not deliberately expose another person’s private address, phone number, credentials, private documents, or similarly sensitive information without permission.
Rule 31: No Platform Sabotage
Do not intentionally sabotage Zorqelia, Zordex, databases, deployments, Admin systems, moderation, or service availability. Severe cases can result in a device ban.
Rule 32: No Moderation Manipulation
Do not fabricate evidence, coordinate false reports, or deliberately mislead moderation in order to punish an innocent user.
Rule 33: No Bypassing Security or Safety Protections
Do not deliberately modify requests, clients, or state to defeat enforced permissions, security controls, safety checks, or restrictions.
Rule 34: No Beta Feature Abuse
Beta and experimental features are for testing. Do not exploit unfinished features, attack the service through them, or intentionally leak private test-only functionality.
Rule 35: Minimum Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zorqelia and at least 15 years old to use Zordex.
Rule 36: Refund Window and Repurchase Cooldown
You may request a refund within 2 hours of purchase. After a refund is requested, approved, or issued, paid access may be removed and you cannot make another purchase for 45 days. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
